A Personal Story
Like many of you, I work a full-time job (Software Engineer), but SkinFem is my passion project that I work on after hours. The inspiration came from watching my mom struggle with something that should have been simple , taking care of her skin.
She had finally found skincare products that worked perfectly for her after years of trial and error. But then, those products were discontinued. Just like that, she was back to square one . She got confused, frustrated, and overwhelmed by the endless options in the market.
That's when it hit me: there had to be a better way.
I started building a product directory (which is still in development) to help people find and keep track of their skincare products. But as I dove deeper into the skincare world, I realized the real problem wasn't just about finding products , it was about understanding what your skin actually needs.
